Opticool-MIL Fluid™
Opticool-MIL Fluid® (87252) is a highly efficient dielectric heat transfer fluid used to cool electrical equipment in military and aerospace applications. Opticool-MIL® has excellent heat transfer characteristics and a very high dielectric strength.
Containing advanced oxidation inhibitors, it provides longer service life at high temperatures. Compared to standard transformer oil, Opticool-MIL® biodegrades faster and has better heat transfer characteristics. Gallon for gallon, Opticool-MIL Fluid® is almost 10% lighter than mineral oil.
Opticool-MIL®’s enhanced electronic cooling performance allows equipment to be smaller in size and minimize the operating temperatures in any equipment.
