Meet Our Summer Interns: Marketing, Lab, & Supply Chain

This summer, Soltex is hosting a summer internship program, we would like to introduce our 2026 Summer Interns: Jaycee Holt (Marketing), Khoa Doan (Lab), and Noria Aboumora (Supply Chain) to the Soltex family. Throughout the program, each intern will take on a summer project, gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningful work to their respective departments. We look forward to supporting their growth and seeing the impact they make during their time here at Soltex.
Jaycee Holt is a Marketing and Communications Intern at Soltex and a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, class of May 2026, where she earned a BBA in Marketing with 2 minors; Communication and Leadership. She was drawn to Soltex because of her interest in applying what she learned in the classroom to real-world marketing and was impressed by the company’s growing work culture. This summer, Jaycee is excited to gain hands-on experience while expanding her skills in social media management and SEO, as well as learning more about the chemical industry.
This summer she hopes to build her proficiency in Adobe, expand her understanding of SEO, and enhance her overall market awareness. Looking ahead, Jaycee aspires to utilize these skills and experiences in a long-term marketing career. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys spending time with friends, eating crawfish, and floating on the river. She is guided by her favorite quote, “There are so many beautiful reasons to smile,” which reflects her positive and growth-oriented mindset.
Khoa Doan is our Lab Intern and a senior at the University of Houston studying Chemical Engineering. He was drawn to Soltex because he wanted to gain hands-on experience in the chemical industry and felt that the company would be a great fit for his interests and goals. This summer, he is excited to learn about the various lab instruments used to test samples, while also gaining insight into the business side of operations at Soltex.
Khoa hopes to strengthen his ability to solve real-world problems by enhancing his technical knowledge, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency. Looking ahead, he aspires to become an engineer and contribute to the advancement of AI systems and infrastructure scaling. Outside of work, Khoa loves adventure, he enjoys traveling and going on road trips.
Noria Aboumora is our Supply Chain Intern who recently graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology. She was drawn to Soltex for the opportunity to gain experience in a complex supply chain environment, where procurement, logistics, and supplier management come together to support business operations. This summer, she is excited to deepen her understanding of how supply chain teams collaborate while gaining experience in areas such as inventory management, supplier relations, and strategic sourcing. Also hoping to strengthen her analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support her long-term goal of a career in supply chain management.
Outside of her professional interests, Noria grew up in Egypt and attended a German international school before moving to the United States for college. Guided by her personal motto, “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection,” she approaches both her career and personal growth with a mindset rooted in curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning.
We are excited to have all our interns on board this summer and look forward to being part of their professional journey.
